U.S. court rejects request for a stay

We are disappointed with today’s decision, which creates unnecessary harm to vital energy infrastructure projects across the U.S., inevitably delaying or eliminating thousands of high-paying job opportunities for skilled American workers this year. This is especially unfortunate as the country begins to recover from an unprecedented economic downturn.
